Philip G. Potter is renowned for his integration of Wall Street business acumen with advanced technology. Starting his career at Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns, he specialized in automated portfolio management and tech infrastructure. Potter then founded several firms specializing in automated trading technology. His notable transition to the cryptocurrency world was marked by his role as Chief Strategy Officer at Bitfinex, where he founded Tether, the widely used stablecoin with a peak market valuation of $95B.

In 2021, Potter co-founded Self ID, focusing on decentralized identity and personal data, and in 2023, he transformed Potter Ventures LLC into Welara Management LLC, catering to first-generation wealth creators globally. A graduate of Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts in Physics, Potter's educational background has significantly influenced his career path. Beyond finance and technology, he has a deep passion for film, TV, and entertainment, showcasing his diverse interests and creative vision.

Eric Laufer is a multi-disciplinary entrepreneur with ventures in renewable energy technology, real estate, agriculture and film. He has developed innovative solutions that mitigate the impact of wind farms on surrounding communities and wildlife, managed a diverse commercial and land portfolio with an eye towards good environmental stewardship and produced films that promote values of acceptance and inclusivity.  

Laufer also founded multiple non-profit advocacy organizations focused on democracy and climate.  He holds multiple patents and has a degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical engineering from Stanford.  His greatest joy is chasing his three daughters and wife around New York City.
